The Lifeline Deck was created by Ross Thompson, a Resilience & Mindset Life Coach and Strategic Safeguarding Manager with over 17 years' experience supporting young people through coaching, mentoring, education and safeguarding.
Ross created The Lifeline Deck to provide professionals with a practical resource they can use within real conversations — helping young people explore challenges, recognise their options and identify practical ways forward.
