Ross Thompson is a Strategic Safeguarding Manager, and Resilience & Mindset Life Coach with more than 17 years' experience working with children, young people, families and education professionals.
Throughout his career, Ross has led safeguarding practice across mainstream education, Alternative Provision and specialist settings, managing complex safeguarding concerns, supporting vulnerable children and advising professionals on effective safeguarding practice.
