Ross Thompson is an experienced Strategic Safeguarding Manager with over 17 years' experience supporting vulnerable children, young people and families across primary, secondary, post-16 and alternative provision.
Alongside his role as a Strategic Safeguarding Manager, Ross regularly delivers safeguarding training, leadership development and professional coaching, combining real-world experience with practical, evidence-informed guidance.
Every session is designed to help governors develop confidence, strengthen safeguarding oversight and better understand their statutory safeguarding responsibilities.
