Ross is a trauma-informed coach and Strategic Safeguarding Manager with over 16 years’ experience supporting vulnerable children and young people. His approach is calm, practical and relationship-led, creating safe spaces where young people feel heard, respected and empowered to rebuild confidence and take control at their own pace.

How long does a coaching session last?
Each session lasts one hour, giving young people time to feel safe, settled and supported.
What if my child needs more sessions?
Further one-to-one DVA coaching sessions can be booked as desired to build on progress.
How are sessions delivered?
Delivered virtually for flexibility, usually weekly. Face-to-face is possible depending on location.
Will I get updates on my child?
Yes. Parent updates can be shared via email or phone call.
