With years of experience supporting young people at risk of exclusion, I specialise in helping them make positive changes through behaviour mentoring.
My background in education, safeguarding and mentoring has shown me first-hand how the right support at the right time can transform outcomes.
These sessions are solutions-focused, designed to help your child recognise their strengths, reflect on their decisions and take steps towards a brighter, more positive future.
How many sessions are included in this behaviour mentoring package?
The At Risk Of Permanent Exclusion package includes 2 focused sessions, each lasting 1 hour. This format helps provide quick impact, while still allowing time for meaningful behaviour mentoring for young people.
Are the behaviour mentoring sessions delivered online or in person?
Sessions are typically delivered virtually. However, in some cases and depending on location, face-to-face options may be available. Whether virtual or in-person, it’s important the young person has access to a quiet, comfortable space free from distractions.
Do I need to do anything to help my teenager prepare?
Simply remind them the At Risk Of Permanent Exclusion sessions are designed to help, not punish. I also offer a free introductory video call beforehand so the young person can ask questions, meet me virtually and feel more at ease before starting any behaviour mentoring work.
Can I book extra behaviour mentoring sessions after the first two?
Absolutely. While the At Risk Of Permanent Exclusion package is designed to deliver immediate strategies, many families choose to continue for further sessions. If the young person is engaged and making progress, further behaviour mentoring for young people can be arranged to build on that momentum.
