Yes – your camera is optional. Some people like to switch it on at the start of the session to say hello, but if you'd prefer to keep it off, that’s absolutely fine. This session is a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you're welcome to engage in whatever way suits you best.
Will I be expected to speak or contribute during the coaching session?
You’re not required to speak during this Preventing Permanent Exclusion session, but questions and contributions are always welcome. You won’t be put on the spot or asked to share if you're not comfortable. Many people choose to simply listen and reflect. It’s all about what feels right for you.
