Additional information:
Each coaching session is one hour. I usually recommend 6-8 weekly/fortnightly sessions, but the number and frequency can vary depending on the desired outcomes. Sessions are offered virtually, allowing you greater flexibility to access your sessions from the comfort of your home and to fit in with your other commitments. Depending on your location, face-to-face sessions may be available.
